Step by step
Cleanse, then Rejuvenate or Refine, then Hydrate
Cleanse with Face Wash, swipe with an Exfoliating Pad (leave it on), then finish with Renewal Complex. On some nights, Resurfacing Pads take the place of the Exfoliating Pads.
CLEANSEFace Wash
Massage a small amount into wet skin for 1–2 minutes, rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.

REJUVENATEExfoliating Pads
After cleansing, sweep a pad over clean skin. Use the smooth side for an even sweep and the textured side for extra exfoliation. Do not rinse.

REFINEResurfacing Pads
Instead of Exfoliating Pads. At night, on clean, dry skin, sweep a pad gently over face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Do not rinse.

HYDRATERenewal Complex
Apply last. Let other Neutralyze products absorb fully, then smooth a thin layer over your face. Do not rinse.

Use one pad or the other on a given night, never both on the same night.
REJUVENATE nights
REJUVENATE nightsFace Wash, Exfoliating Pads and Renewal Complex are all built on DuoClear™, 2% salicylic + 1% mandelic acid. Start slow: once a day, then build up if needed.
REFINE nights
REFINE nightsOn REFINE nights, Resurfacing Pads take the place of Exfoliating Pads. Start Resurfacing Pads 1–2 times a week at night and build to daily as tolerated.

Patch-test first
For the first 3 days, use each product on one or two small areas.
Let skin dry
Let skin dry between steps, and fully before applying other Neutralyze products.
Sunscreen after
Allow the products to dry for 3–5 minutes, then apply sunscreen if you will be in the sun.
Cut back if needed
If dryness, peeling or irritation occurs, cut back.
