In Renewal Complex it's time-released: the formula lets out the 2% salicylic acid (BHA) and 1% mandelic acid (AHA) gradually rather than all at once. How to Use:

1. Patch-test first: for the first 3 days, apply sparingly to one or two small areas.

3. Start slow: use once a day, then build to two or three times a day if needed. If dryness, peeling or irritation occurs, cut back to once a day or every other day.
