REFUND POLICY

 

Neutralyze® stands behind all our products with a 1-year, no-questions-asked refund. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 1 year of purchase for a full refund, with no shipping deduction. There is no need to return the products.

Refunds are limited to once per product per customer.

 

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
