5 Ways To Help Your Body Eliminate Acne Naturally

If you’ve struggled with moderate to severe acne, your search for relief could seem endless. We know because we’ve been there ourselves. Long nights on the internet, long days waiting in the doctor’s office, yet it seems like nothing is working...

Thanks to our team of skincare experts at Neutralyze® we created a list of 5 ways to help your body eliminate acne naturally, so that you can get back to living a happy, healthy, and confident life again. (You’ve probably never heard of #5 before.)

1. Understand your diet, create a smarter one

If you have a bad habit of eating unhealthy foods that are greasy or packed with sugar, your body won’t be very happy.

And when your body isn’t happy, it is prone to producing breakouts...

It’s not just greasy, sugary foods that can have this effect. Often a diet heavy in dairy such as cheese, milk, ice cream, and frozen yogurt can cause acne formation. Try cutting back on these things.

It is also important to exclude known allergens or foods you have a sensitivity to such as gluten, tree nuts, soy, peanuts, and shellfish. With your new smarter diet, you can begin to treat your acne from the inside out.

2. What products are you using at home?

First, take a look at your soap. If you’re using a bar soap, switch it out for a liquid cleanser. Often the binders that hold bar soap tend to strip moisture from your skin, dehydrating it and making you more susceptible to acne.

Next, examine your hair conditioner. If you have a tendency towards back breakouts, it could be an ingredient in your conditioner. Panthenol, which is used to help strengthen your hair, could be a potential pore-clogger. After you rinse out your conditioner, a residue can stay on your body, thus increasing your risk for back breakouts. Keep this in mind for all hair products as they often eventually end up on your skin!

Finally, remember to use makeup sparingly during a breakout and always remember to wash it off at the end of the day.

3. Watch your stress levels

When your body becomes more stressed, it can release hormones that drive oil glands to produce more oil. That’s no good. Take a second and ask yourself what is making you stressed. Often a simple a breathing exercise or even practicing mindfulness meditation will help you relax again.

Sleep is also very important. Be sure that you’re getting enough sleep throughout the day, or your body can promote an increase in the stress hormone cortisol, which eventually leads to acne. Be aware that acne itself can be the cause of your stress.

Which can lead to more acne.

Which can lead to more stress!

So be aware...

4. Exercise for a healthier body and healthier skin

It’s no secret that regular exercise is good for your entire body, including your skin. Plus, people who exercise more often are also more likely to choose healthier foods. You don’t have to join a gym, though. Even a 10 – 20 minute power-walk or bike ride is good for you. Exercise helps your body naturally combat stress (which we found out earlier can cause acne!)

But here’s the catch...

More exercise means more sweat production, putting you at a small risk for more acne formation. No worries though, just make sure that you shower immediately after physical activity. The benefits of exercise FAR outweigh any small risk.

5. Nitric Oxide is the “Missing Link” in acne treatment

What is Nitric Oxide? Nitric Oxide (NO) is a beneficial substance produced naturally by your body. It helps increase blood flow to stimulate healing and reduce inflammation.

Why is this important? In a groundbreaking study published in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology, top acne researchers presented evidence that showed inflammation is occurring beneath the skin before your pores become clogged. It means that if you can reduce inflammation first, you have a much better chance of treating and reversing the effects of your acne.

Using the latest science and a team of experts, we created Neutralyze® a new acne solution featuring our multi-patented Nitrogen Boost® Skincare Technology. Neutralyze® is the world’s first acne treatment system to add the power of Nitric Oxide. In a clinical study conducted by triple-board certified plastic surgeon, Gregory W. Chernoff, M.D. F.R.C.S., Neutralyze® was proven to be 95% effective. In fact, the majority of participants reported a noticeable improvement in their overall acne condition in as little as 2–3 days!

Neutralyze® has received hundreds of 5-star reviews from people like yourself. This has allowed us to become an Amazon #1 Best Seller and one of the top-selling skincare products on Amazon.com!
